Hannah Grace
Hannah Grace is an award winning Welsh singer-songwriter with a voice that can seemingly sing anything. With a first class honours degree in Jazz Vocal performance from The Royal
Welsh College Of Music and over 65 million streams to date her music and timeless voice has captured an ever-growing loyal audience. She uniquely blends the sounds of soul, jazz,folk and pop and tells stories of self love, loss, growing up and doubting your own self doubt through her lyrics.
Her power ballad version of Fatboy Slim’s Praise You brought her worldwide recognition. The track was used for multiple global ad campaigns, including Lloyds Bank and Lancôme (which starred real-life earth angel Julia Roberts).
Since 2016 she has been writing and releasing music, touring and working full time as an artist. In 2020 she released Remedy, her critically acclaimed debut album, which includes the singles Feels Like Home, Different Kind of Love and With You - which all made the BBC Radio 2 Playlist. She has since gaining huge support from Dermot O’Leary & Sara Cox.
Hannah is a well established live artist touring with Gabrielle Aplin, Hozier, Seal, Train, Jess, Glynne, The Staves and most notably opening for Barbara Streisand in Hyde Park. Hannah also found a fan in Lady Gaga who called her a ‘superstar’ and Jools Holland who said she has a ‘beautiful voice with wonderful songs'.
BIGGER PICTURE (2025 & 2026)
In 2022 Hannah became entirely independent and started self releasing music, essentially working as her own record label. Following sold out fundraiser shows in London and her growing Patreon community she went onto self fund the album she always wanted to make entirely independently. Hannah recorded the long awaited second full length record, ‘Bigger Picture’ last year with Nashville based producer Christian Harger. The entire album was recorded via Nashville and the UK.
Since the initial albums release in August 2025 the new music has already gained over 2 million streams gaining support from multiple streaming platform editorials and her growing and loyal fanbase. She also embarked on a 15 date sellout UK & EU headline tour funded by the Women Make Music Award by PRS and has been a regular on the A-list on BBC Radio Wales with strong support from BBC Introducing.
The new album also found fans in John Mayer who played her music on his SiriusXM Radio show.
The deluxe version of ‘Bigger Picture’ is due for release in full this April’26 which includes 4 brand new original songs. The first of the 2, ‘As You Are’ & ‘Future Self ’ were released In January, and already have over 150,000 streams combined gaining more support from BBC Radio Wales.
